Morphy Richards 48330 Reviews

The Morphy Richards 48330 bread machine is a relatively new product, as it was released in 2010. There aren’t that many reviews of it for this reason. People who’ve bought the product, however, seem to be generally happy with their purchase. Several comment that the bread is just the right size for up to two people. One downside is that the Morphy Richards 48330 doesn’t include a countdown timer, although the viewing window does make up for this to a certain extent.

I have bad experiences as I bought Morphy Richard breadmaker due to a recommendation by my boss.

However, shortly after 6 months. The controller unit was not working. I went to the service center and got it repaired. After another 2 months of usage, the same problem happen again.

The service center was kind enough to give me a one for one exchange with 1 year warranty.

After 1 yr, rotating blade went lose and create lots of noise, and badly scratch the bread container.

I sent the unit for repair, very unfortunately, the particular model was discontinued and was beyond repair.

All the service center told me was, “Do you want us to throw away for you ? or you come and collect back yourself”.

I was so disappointed throughout the 2 yrs of bad experiences.

I switched to a Japanese brand, already 3 yrs of same usage. It didn’t give me trouble.
